Welcome to Phase 1 of Onboarding - Setting up the Zip Console!
In this phase, your Zip Customer Success manager will get to work provisioning, and integrating your security tools and the Zip console. This phase is largely led by the Zip team, but will require some actions to be completed by the client (e.g. connecting your IdP, setting up SSO).
For your visibility we’ve included a breakdown of activities below:
Key Activities:
- Zip Console Set Up
- Zip to provision a client instance in the Zip Console
- Client will receive invitation link via email to join the Zip Console
- Provision and / or Connect Providers to the Zip Console - depending on your specific scope, Zip will provision and/or integrate the following:
- Identity Provider (Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD)
- Zip to Provision Instance [if required]
- Client to Integrate Zip <> IdP [via instructions shared by Zip]
- Device Management Solution (Intune, Jamf)
- Endpoint Threat Detection (CrowdStrike)
- Zip to Provision Instance [if required]
- Zip to integrate Zip <> CrowdStrike
- Client will receive an invitation link via email to access the CrowdStrike Falcon Instance
- SSO Set Up
- Client to complete Jamf SSO setup [via instructions shared by Zip]
